We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met.
Rules
We don’t have any exchange or return policy in normal circumstances. In the case of faulty or damaged item delivered, customer have to contact our customer service within 7 days of the invoice date for Pakistan, and 20 days for overseas orders.
Interpretation and Definitions
Stitched items will not be returned.In case of any stitching problem faced by customer, items will exchange or alter according to the size given by the customer. Stitching Policy: 20% advance required for stitching order. Advance will be transfer to company bank account after customer get the order confirmation call. Customer can discuss stitching pattern with our representative in case of changing or any other requirement, on the time of customer get the order confirmation call. We offer stitching in all sizes given on size chart as well as custom size.
